My Saint Bernard
Birthday: 09-05-10
This is my baby girl. She's been sick since the day I got her. She came to me with pneumonia, a kidney infection, a double ear infection, parvo, giardia, incontinence, and we later discovered that she was also born with bilateral hip dysplasia. She's the sweetest dog I've ever known and it has been a joy and an honor to nurse this beautiful girl back to health and spend some time with her. Unfortunately, regardless of the two hip replacement surgeries she endured, her hips aren't functioning properly and she will have to be put down soon. My heart is breaking, and I will miss her more than I can explain. Pictures of her will increase in the next few weeks I'm sure.
Please, please, please adopt and don't buy. Callie was a puppy mill dog, and those are cruel operations. Please go to your local shelter to adopt next time you want to add a new family member. If you have reservations about shelters despite all of the positives of them, please go to a reputable breeder.
